This summer, Chef Paul Kinny of Shizusan, brings to Pune the popular Chinese high tea experience, Yum Cha. Yum Cha is Cantonese for “drink tea”, and the evening tradition is considered a social occasion to enjoy a variety of Dim Sums along with cupfuls of tea.
