The 8th edition of the ‘Raja Paranjape’ Festival will take place in the city from April 14 to April 20. Ashutosh Gowarikar, Jitendra Joshi, Mahesh Kale and Medha Manjrekar will receive the Raja Paranjape Sanman, while the Marathi and Hindi veteran Actor Mohan Joshi will be graced with the Raja Paranjape Lifetime Achievement Award.
The festival will include screening of Raja Paranjape films, semi-classical programs, drama, theatre shows and programs based on Raja Paranjape’s popular film songs.
The festival will be held at the Bharat Natya Mandir and National Film archives of India (NFAI) at Law Road College.
