Guardian Giripremi Institute of Mountaineering is organising a high altitude challenge awareness workshop for all the trekking, mountaineering enthusiasts who are planning for Himalayan and other hill station tours during this summer.
For this programme, experienced mountaineers, high altitude medical professionals will be guiding on various topics such as altitude illness and their remedies, physical and mental preparations and necessary high altitude equipment etc. The workshop will have lectures, demonstrations followed by Q&A sessions.
