Jehangir Hospital has taken over the operations of Jog Hospital, Kothrud to extend it into a Specialty Hospital with all surgical facilities. The existing 20-bed Jog Hospital in Pune, is well known for its orthopedic and gynecology departments and has been run successfully by its founders, Dr. Smita Jog and Dr. Vilas Jog, for the last 30 years. The agreement was signed by Dr Smita Jog, George Eapen, Director Jehangir Hospital and Mr Jehangir at the Jehangir Hospital.
From September 1st, the Jehangir Specialty Hospital, will have world class equipment and operate with the processes and protocols that Jehangir Hospital is known for. The new hospital will offer a state-of-the art Emergency Department, Surgical Operation Theaters, ICU, Endoscopy, Day Care, Dental and Eye Care facilities and a 24 x 7 Pharmacy.
