Conrad Pune is set to explore the country’s culinary diversity with an elaborate brunch on Independence Day. Chefs from different parts of the country will recreate traditional recipes from their mothers’ kitchens. From Punjab to Kerala and Rajasthan to Sikkim, a variety of delicacies like Daal Batti Churma, Thupka, Mangalorean Kori Rotti, Bengali Fish Curry, Neer Dosa with Malabari Korma, Goan Prawn Curry are on the menu.
