- Chocolate Chip Bar Cake
- Coffee Toffee Cookie Crumble Cake/ Cupcake
- Chiffon Strawberry Cupcake
- Discussion on ideas to create desserts from cake – Jar Cake, Cake Pops, Fruit Cake Rings, Biscotti, etc
- Icing techniques: Rose, Borders, leaves etc will be demonstrated
