Gyaan Adab in association with, Sutradhar and Ubika, bring to you a workshop that is a combination of colour therapy with music and dance. The intent is to help participants release stress through self-expression, to the music of the Sitar that they will listen to and graceful dance movements of Kathak they see, on to a canvas with colours. Sutradhar is a self-funded initiative of four Kathak dancers, Toshal Gandhi, Madhura Aphale, Natasha Poonawalla and Vallarie Apte.
