Every city is known for its signature delicacies and, ‘Flavours of my city’ attempts to bring these special dishes to you through a 2-day exhibition titled, ‘Flavours of My City Food Festival & Expo’. The highlight of the exhibition will be the Qutub Minar and Gateway of India made using food stuff. The expo will have an array of mithais, namkeens, pickles and other Indian condiments. Delicacies such as Dharwad Peda from Karnataka; Jam Rolls from Kunjus, Kerala; Bakery items from Delecta Bakery, Calicut; Muscoth Halwa from S J Sweets, Tamil Nadu; Sandesh from Nakur, Kolkata and more will be available.
