Spice Kitchen at JW Marriott Pune presents an exclusive opportunity to sample traditional Sichuan delicacies. Chef Edward Ni of JW Marriott Beijing, will whip up a few of his signature dishes which include Fried Shrimp Ball with Sichuan Hot Sauce and Stewed Pork Slices with Sichaun Chilli Sauce. Apart from the offerings of the festival, the buffet curated by the restaurant will also feature a main course in Chinese.
