With Navaratri celebrations underway in the country, Courtyard by Marriott Pune Chakan has ensured taht each dish in its regular buffet will keep in significance the colours of the nine-day fest. Selections of gastronomical delicacies are specially curated by Chef Sathish Reddy, Senior Sous Chef.
Some of the delicacies that will be included are Kaju Mutter Laseez (Day 2 Orange), Nariyal Adrak Dhokla (Day 3 White), Red Velvet Pastry with Cheese Frosting (Day 4 Red) and Anar Moong Chat (Day 8 Peacock Green) to name a few.
