The Irish House presents a drink in the name of PV Sindhu called PVS Smash, a combination of Old Monk and Kahlúa, topped with fresh cream. Then in a tribute to Dipa Karmarkar’s gymnastics prowess, there’s the Produnova: Vault of Death, a shot of Absinthe with tropical mix of Apple juice and Banana Syrup with a fresh squeeze of lime.
