CURATED BY VCW ACADEMY OF FINE ARTS :The picture depicts the presence of Indian traditions in a growing urban country, moving towards western values but still preserving their own. In the same frame, we see the new city outside the window and the traditional customs inside the house. The association and longing for the rural life is seen in the village landscape picture hanging inside the house. The finesse of this young artist has no doubt impressed the judges.
