CURATED BY VCW ACADEMY OF FINE ARTS : Shriya has used simple oil pastels and poster colours to show the impact of the rains, the colourful girl happily splashing in the puddle with a vibrant umbrella contrasts against the gloomy greyish clouds and rainy background. The optimistic mood of the image sets the mood of the viewer.
