ARCHANGEL RAPHAEL asks you to breathe easy. Take life in small doses and take it a little lightly. There is enough happening in this world around you and you need not get caught up in all the drama. After all, it isn’t necessary to take up cudgels for every battle that is taking place in the field!
Today, choose if you would like to be stressed or just take it one step at a time. Everything has a reason to occur in your life and today you need to step back and not get worked up for everything. Remember that response is better than reaction. You can choose to jump up and down with reaction or stay in a space of balance and respond to the issue at hand with calmness and sensibility. Make that choice.
Learn to walk away sometimes from arguments that you know are not leading to any constructive conclusion. Some people just like to argue to hear the sound of their own voice. You need not become their audience or a participant if you don’t feel as strongly about the matter. To keep quiet is an art in itself. Acquire this skill. It will come handy. Breathe and let go of what is not meant for you. Do not hold onto emotions that someone else wishes to dump on you. Let go of guilt, fear, anxiety. Don’t allow others to make you feel what you don’t wish to feel. It isn’t escapism. Its this that shall keep you sane.

I do not get caught in others’ drama. I stay away from needless pressures. I follow my own mind for my sanity. I breathe balance.
