ARCHANGEL GABRIEL hands over the baton in your hands. Grab it and take responsibility. You are being given the mantle of a leader. Stand tall and fulfill your role with complete confidence.
True leadership is not about standing in the front. Sometimes it’s about stepping back and allowing others to move forward while you encourage them and thrust them forward.
Good leaders will always know the potential of others and make them recognize their power and showcase their strengths. Lead by example. Guiding others without expectation and offering yourself wholly is what makes you a good leader. Healthy understanding of another’s faults and weaknesses, helping them overcome their frailties is what you will do as a true leader. Be there to listen patiently and watch your tone. Arrogance and supremacy are the stones that will cause your fall on the road of leadership. Observe how you appear in eyes of those who emulate you. Your behavior speaks volumes because your energies percolate to all levels and in the end it’s you that shows through the attitude & actions of those who have sought to look at you as their leader. You may not even be aware of it.
Be your witness and ask yourself, are you being the kind of leader who you would like to follow?
This is an important question and the answer to this is most imperative to know who you are.
