ARCHANGEL JOPHIEL nudges you out of that cubbyhole where you have been sitting. Literally and Figuratively. The universe wants you to come out of your comfort zone. It’s time you check on your needs and getting some fresh air seems to be on top of this priority list.

Being outdoors does many good things. It clears the air in your head(for sure!). Gives your mind clarity and refreshes the stale energy that you are carrying in it. Releasing thoughts that are not helping you. Thoughts that keep going back and forth fueling indecisiveness and procrastination. Worry and stress for situations not in your control. Mindless chatter. So stepping outdoors works to your advantage in many ways. Besides giving you that extra dose of fresh oxygen it reboots your energy system. Walking, hiking, a stroll or just sitting outdoors to meditate helps you get rid of the dark spots in your mind. The heart opens up as you appreciate the beauty of mother nature around you. Your spirit shall feel uplifted with the sights and smells of flowers,trees, leaves. As you observe insects, butterflies and birds you feel inspired by their rhythm of working without any selfish agenda. They just live the way they have to because for them their life JUST IS. They teach us to just BE. So step out today and allow the outdoors to change your outlook to life. Breathe easy and become one with Mother Nature. Be in gratitude for all that you are surrounded with and for your five senses that can appreciate this beauty of the outdoors. Bless your life.
