Caldin Curry and Rice

A non-spicy thick goan gravy cooked with any fleshy fish of your choice. Prawns, Surmai and pomfret can be cooked in Caldin curry- The curry is cooked in coconut masala, milk and goan vinegar,  along with an onion-tomato paste and spices.
