Now Enjoy Indigo Deli in Koregaon Park!

Indigo Deli, Koregaon Park

Situated in the heart of the city, Indigo Deli’s second outlet has made its way to Koregaon Park, becoming the centre of attraction for Puneites to savour on delicious, healthy and comfort food. This outlet is the deli’s tenth in India. “The minute we saw the space in Koregaon Park, we knew that it was perfect. The ambience here is much different compared to our outlet in Phoenix Market City. The menu is mostly the same but we have tweaked it in certain parts. We are working on a new bar menu specially for this space,” says Chef Tushar Deshpande, Sous Chef, Indigo Deli.

Here are a few things you shouldn’t miss out on at Indigo Deli, Koregaon Park:

Nouvelle Cuisine

Be sure to indulge in scrumptious meals that include fresh salads, warm soups, sandwiches, pastas and much more. Lima Beans’ soup with wilted kennel and chilli oil is just the right warm soup for this monsoon weather. The wafer-thin pizzas are a cheesy yet light on the stomach. The Smoked Peppers and Three Cheese pizza is a mouth-watering savoury that is baked to perfection. The Saffron Tortellini stuffed with spinach and ricotta cheese is garnished with bell pepper puree and truffle pesto that gives it a very distinct taste.

Hearty Breakfast

Walk in to the restaurant on an early morning and treat yourself to wide spread of eggs, pancakes, waffles and salads. The menu also has a variety of fresh cold-pressed juices, smoothies, shakes and slushes. The Eggs Divinity is an essential try that is made from scrambled eggs, creamed spinach, potato rosti, mornay sauce and shaved truffles. The waffles and pancakes are served with a generous helping of fruit compote, honey or maple syrup which fills you up perfectly well for the rest of the day.

Ambience

The new space is a 70-seater which is adorned with a subtle colour palette of pale yellow and blue that gives it a rustic look. The restaurant is lined with windows on an entire stretch so eating there will give you the pleasure of enjoying the view of busy streets while having a great meal. The Deli is very welcoming and is the perfect place to gather your entire family to marvel on a great brunch filled with interesting conversations.

Desserts

Having a vast selection of desserts to choose from after a good meal only makes it better. You can choose from the textured Plum and Almond Tart to the sinful Chocolate Ganache and the cheesecake of the day. The fresh homemade ice creams are unmissable. The Blueberry and Mint ice cream is an all-time favourite that never ceases to amaze the palette with its minty hints. The Mocha and Caramelised Banana is strong and leaves a lasting sweet impression.
