The team at Alto Vino, led by Chef Christian Huber, bring to you dishes that include appetizers such as Eryngii mushroom with blue cheese crumble, bitter chocolate oil, fresh black summer truffle; main course dishes such as Pork belly ravioli, pickled porcini mushroom, Gnocchi Romani, wild mushroom ragout and Chilean seabass, portobello, baby beetroot, mushroom glaze among others.
