To mark the International Museum Day, 12 out of the 36 museums in Pune have joined hands to come together and display a variety of artefacts at Symbiosis Society’s Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Museum and Memorial. This initiative also aims to encourage Puneites to visit museums in the city more often. Here’s a photo-tour of this stunning compendium…
The museums that are a part of this include the renowned Raja Dinkar Kelkar Museum, Darshan Museum, Mahatma Phule Museum, Joshi’s Museum of Miniature Railways, Arya Nagarjuna Museum, Symbiosis Society’s Afro Asian Cultural Museum, Deccan College Archaeology Museum and Maratha History Museum, Blades of Glory, Tribal Research and Training Institute Museum, Subedar Dharmaji Khambe Memorial Military Museum and Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Memorial and Museum.
