Mulshi Pattern To Hit Screen On November 23

The much-awaited film Mulshi Pattern is set to be released on November 23. It is written, scripted and directed by Pravin Vitthal Tarde.

The film is based on the conflict of farmers, agricultural land and industrial and technological development leading to extreme economic imbalances on various fronts in society.

The film states “Insensitive and brutal approach towards development by politicians is a real misery for the farmers of India”.

During the 1990s industrial growth, cities began expanding at an unbelievable pace and agricultural land surrounding the cities began getting purchased for industrial and technological development. Land was sold in return for big amount of money which was spent by the farmers indiscriminately over a period of time leading to the next generations of these farmers living in abject poverty.

These youngsters then came to the city to etch out a living and got involved in petty crimes to begin with, leading to the nexus with big money, land, and the mob and gangster deadly combinations. Ignorant farmers, their resentful next generations who ventured into the cities and got lured into illegal activities for want of money, is the underlying theme of the movie.

The lead of the film is being played by young National Award winning actor Om Bhutkar. The film boasts of talented names such as Mohan Joshi, Mahesh Manjrekar, Upendra Limaye, Pravin Tarde, Savita Malpekar and Sunil Abhyankar. They are supported by Kshitish Date, Ramesh Pardeshi, Devendra Gaikwad, Suresh Vishwakarma, Milind Dastane, Ajay Purkar, Jayesh Sanghvi, Akshay Tanksale, and child actor Aryan Shinde. The film marks the debut of Malvika Gaekwad as the female lead.

Adarsha Shinde has rendered playback for the song ‘Ararara Khatarnak’ that received phenomenal response and has garnered millions of hits and has gone viral on social media.

‘Unn Unn’ a song sung by Vaishali Made and Avdhoot Gupte has been very well received and the chemistry between the lead cast is beautifully depicted. The lyrics are by Pranit Kilkarni and the music by Narendra Bhide, choreographed by Umesh Jadhav. The cinematography is by Mahesh Limaye.
