“It is an honour for us,” the Muharram procession leaders said as the Alam was brought in to Dada J P Vaswani, Spiritual Head, Sadhu Vaswani Mission. Their eyes were in tears, many weeping openly, as Dada bowed to the Alam and offered homage to the grandson of Prophet Muhammad and Saint of Islam – Imam Hussain (a.s.). “In the court of Allah, he is the governor,” proclaimed Dada.
Giving the message of unity, Dada added: “God is one and we are all brothers. We are all his children.” And then he served each one of the group present with prasad.
