Gyaan Adab brings you an audio-visual presentation on the music of Rahsaan Roland Kirk, the most exciting multi-reed player to emerge in jazz history. An immensely gifted artiste who could play a variety of saxophones and flutes. Apart from reeds he also used unconventional instruments such as sirens, bells and whistles.
His work has been enhanced over time by many who have come out borrowing his ideas in tribute to him.
