Neuroscientists have reported that the incredible feeling of peace and calmness that you experience at the beach is what they referred to as “Blue Space. When you notice how relaxed you feel at the beach, it’s not just all in your head. Science says, that it’s a change in the way your brain reacts to its environment, leaving you feeling happy, relaxed and reenergized.

Raj Kalwani says, “ Holidays are the best part of living and if they are beaches, theres nothing like it. There comes a time when I need beaches, not just to de-stress myself but they have this amazing combination of sun, water, and sand that soothes me. I don’t feel like going back, but unless I do, I guess I cannot come back to it and that is something I don’t want to do.
