Choice Hostel, Karve Road

This boys hostel in pune is a place where your imagination about paranormal would come true. Many student in the hostel have witnessed the lady ghost in a red saree.The woman is said to be the first wife of the owner of the hostel. She was cheated and killed by the hostel owner,

Saturdays after sundown is said to be the eeriest and many students who study overnight, hear noises like sobbing and the jingle of her anklet, that is terrifying.

Victory Theatre

The Victory theatre on General Thimayya road has unexplained noises time and again from this old age theatre.

During the day the place feels entertaining and full of joy, but during the late evenings, you can hear people giggling and the seats banging inside the hall.

Most nights, the silence is broken by the sounds of screams despite it being unoccupied. Victory Theatre is considered to one of the scariest places in Pune.

Chandan Nagar

Close to the Mathura Nagar in Pune, this place is haunted with a ghost of a baby girl. A little girl in white frock, holding a doll comes screaming at you.

It is said that a small girl died while the construction of house in the area and her spirit remained and makes an appearance every night when the clock strikes 12.

Grave Of Alice Richmond, Pune University.

The Grave of Alice Richman is Located inside the campus of Pune University. She was the daughter of Alice Richman, an Australian woman. She died in Pune in an accident where she fell off her horse. She was buried on the university campus, and the rumors are that she stills roams the grounds in a white gown after dusk.

People say that if you sit on her grave, she keeps tapping on your shoulder, till you get up and leave,

“I was on a date and our car was parked near to the garden, when we saw a lady in white,” Nihal Shah, “We were sitting in the car which was parked near to the grave, and I happened to see a lady in white, walking. I don’t know whether she was Alice’s or no, but since then I have never taken any girl there” he adds.

Khadki War Cemetery

This place was built in the memory of soldiers from India who fought the World War II. It is often narrated with the stories of hearing the plaintive cries of soldiers in their final moments of death. The cemetery has seen 1,668 burials of soldiers.

Residents speak of witnessing supernatural sights at midnight and advise people to avoid venturing into that area.
