GIIS Ranked No.1 Day-CoEd School In Pune

The Global Indian International School (GIIS), Chinchwad, has outshone Pune schools to become the No. 1 Day-Coed School in Pune.

The ranking has been awarded by Education World India School Rankings based on 14 parameters of education excellence. The parameters included distinct attention to students, teacher welfare and development, infrastructure provision, parental involvement, extracurricular education, leadership excellence among others.

Education World stands as the most prestigious awarding body of the country in the education sector. Education World in association with ‘C fore’, which is a multidisciplinary research organization that specializes in election surveys, market research, opinion polls and performance appraisal of educational institutions, Delhi, has concluded its 12th annual Education World India School Rankings survey.

A sample respondents database of more than 12,200 educationists, principals, teachers, parents and students across 27 cities and education hubs across India were interviewed to rate the country’s Top 1,000 schools.

The award function took place at the Leela Ambience Hotel, Gurgaon, recently, where the country’s top-ranked schools in 14 categories were felicitated.

In their earlier achievements, the school has also been ranked as the second best school in Pune City by the Education World India Ranking 2017 in the Day Coed category. The school is a recipient of the prestigious International School Award bestowed upon by the British Council, UK. The school has also been awarded by the India Today Group for excellence in CBSE education, Pune and also by the Worldwide Archivers Group for Best school in Western India for Extracurricular activities.
