He runs all over like a breath of fresh air and insists on spending quality time with every member of Mayura and Entrepreneur Jiyaji Bhosale‘s family.
From his sweet tail wagging welcome to his instant dislike for raised voices, Hugo, the cocker spaniel is the darling in the house.
We at #Furholics speak to Mayura about him…
The First Day:
We got him as a surprise gift for my elder daughter, Nitya. She thought that we got her a soft toy but when she realised that it was a real puppy she was overwhelmed and excited. Nitya and my younger daughter Shivali spoil him the most. He is very attached to everybody at home, but a little More to Nitya.
The Foodie:
Hugo knows everybody’s timings. His day begins by being woken up with the girls. Then he follows them around, walks in and out of the house. He sits with everybody at mealtimes.
He doesn’t beg for food, unless there is omelette and toast!
In fact, he gets an omelette and toast for breakfast everyday and sometimes gets vanilla ice cream. On rare occasions the three year old gets his other favourite food: pizza.
At Home:
For him dad (Jiyaji) is the alpha in the house, next comes mom Mayura who he isn’t scared of but obeys.
When he is in a playful mood, he plays in the garden with the children, chasing birds and creating havoc but he is even then a well behaved gentleman… just with a naughty side.
His favourite activity is swimming. So whenever Nitya and Shivali go swimming, Hugo jumps in!
But the same little boy hates baths!
His unique skill is in escaping from closed doors! And his most annoying habit is that sometimes he tracks mud and grass on the floor which is a pain to clean.
Mr Protective:
Hugo hates violence and loud voices. He is very protective of the children and starts barking at us even when we try to discipline them and raise our voices.
If that isn’t endearing, what is ? Way to go Hugo!
