Indigo Delicatessen brings you a French Cooking workshop to be conducted by Sous Chef, Indigo Deli, Tushar Deshpande. Start the workshop with a chilled welcome drink, learn a 3-course classic French meal which includes dishes like – Chilled Summer Soup – Marshmelon & yoghurt with celery salt, Quinoa, Citrus Fruits & Candied Walnut Salad with in-house dressing, Saffron risotto with braised fennel, blistered cherry tomato, arugula & anise butter, Mulled wine braised Chicken Legs with roasted garlic mash & spiced jus and Blue Berry & Mint Soufflé with Rum Anglaise for dessert.
