Gyaan Adab and Pune Jazz & Blues club bring you For the love of Jazz, with Miles Davis Alumni.
Miles Davis,in his quest to innovate, recognized and harnessed talent with great names like Gerry Mulligan, Max Roach, Cannonball Adderley, Bill Evans, Herbie Hancock before transitioning into another genre with John McLaughlin, Dave Holland, Keith Jarrett, Chick Corea and Joe Zawinul.
Each one of his alumni went on to become stars in their own right. In this session we explore the solo output of many such luminaries. The session will be handled by Arvind Kher.
