Marriott Suites Pune is hosting an Awadhi Food Festival with Nawabi food on offer. Chef Dayal Singh Rawat, Indian Chef from Paasha, who specialises in Nawabi, Lucknowi and Kashmiri cuisines, will be curating a variety of Dum Biryanis, Kababs and Desserts.
The buffet will offer Haleem, Awadhi Dum Aloo, Dal Mughalai, Kakori Kababs and Murgh Awadhi Korma, to name a few. Desserts like Seviya Ka Muzzaffar and varieties of halwa will also be served.
The festival will bring to fore the richness of Awadh cuisine, with its distinctive style of cooking and use of spices like cardamom and saffron.
