Finches, Lovebirds, Two Dogs and a Lot of Love, That’s Vandana Arora Home!
When she goes home, Cutie the Lhasha Apso (8) comes running to greet her. Not far behind is Tin Tin the Shih Tzu (3).
“Off late they are not competing for my attention soon as I enter my home. Earlier, Cutie and Tin Tin would fight over who would reach me first,” smiles Vandana, Event Manager.
In the balcony, you can hear the love birds and the finches tweeting their love as she walks in to greet her birds.
The Girls
The two little girls are Vandana and her parents delight.
Among the two, Tin Tin is more friendly, loving and crazy about toys, and, she doesn’t know how to fight. Cutie is a typical touch me not and takes a lot of time to trust you.
“Sometimes, when I go to pick her up, or to fuss over her, she growls and growls like Im going to do something to terrible her,” adds Vandana.
The Day
Beginning their day with a walk, Cutie and Tin Tin enjoy their four meals, a mix of home made and packaged food. Their favourite though are the treats they get. “They just love their treat sticks,” adds Vandana.
When its time for bed, Tin Tin heads to Vandana’s parents room while Cutie goes to Vandana.
Looking forward to their walks every evening, Tin Tin’s favourite activity is playing football with the children in the society. “She is so crazy about toys that if you show her a toy she will go anywhere with you,” laughs Vandana.
In fact, Tin Tin has a monkey and a teddy that are a must for her to cuddle up with! Cutie is moody and she she plays when she feels like. Her favourite activity is rolling all over the bed.
The Fear Factor
With Tin Tin, everything is fun and games, even her vaccinations are not an issue.“Cutie, my gundi, starts trembling, looks for places to hide when she figures its time for a bath.
Only I can give her a bath. And when its time for her vaccinations, we have to muzzle her and she cries and cries like she is in the biggest trouble.
Such a drama queen. Tin Tin, my angel, lets us do everything without protest,” sighs Vandana.
You Must
Daily brushing is compulsory for dogs with long coats. “And give them love,” she signs off. So true isn’t it!
