Ferronite Metal Treatment India Pvt Ltd, a leading heating, gas nitriding and poly aimed coating company has opened its new state-of-the-art plant at Chakan Industrial Area.
The plant was inaugurated in presence of MP Shivajirao Adhalrao Patil , MLA Mahesh Landge, MLA Suresh Gore, industrialist B.G Pendharkar, Jayant Umranikar – Ex Director General of Maharashtra, Amit Gupta MD AAM Pune, Nitin Pagrut MD Concentric Pumps Pvt Ltd, Nilesh Pendharkar MD Ferronite Metal Treatment India Pvt Ltd, Director Neeta Pendharkar amongst others.
Nilesh Pendharkar said that Ferronite has been serving customers across sectors for over two decades including Electrical, Defence Oil and Gas, Off Road equipment , automobiles etc.
It was the need of the hour to invest in bigger facility with increasing customer demands and expectations, the old plant being located at Katraj, he said.
“The current portfolio includes Commercial Heat Treatment. We are specialised in Gas Nitriding and Poly Aimed (PA11) Coating. We also have patent rights for Nitriding, Nitro Carburising and Oxidation process.
“The new plant is spread across an area of 24000 sq ft with an investment of 10 crore rupess which includes additional 1 ton Nitriding Furnace and 1.5-ton Case Carburising Furnace. This will increase the capacity from 3 tonnes per day to 8 tonnes per day . The new plant will also add on services like liquid nitriding and Case Carburising and Hardening. It will be equipped to be future ready,”he added.
