Diwali Dhamaka Buffet at Southindies

This Diwali Southindies has a special Buffet with more than 50 specialty vegetarian dishes from across South India to appease taste buds. This food festival will witness authentic food from Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala and Andhra Pradesh. The chef has carefully designed the menu to showcase the culinary delights of this region of the country and offer a rich food experience. The dishes will be prepared using homemade spices to keep the authenticity intact.

Pazham Puri: Speciality Kerala nendran banana fried in a crisp rice batter
Mokkajuna Kerrai Wada: Crisp fried lentil and vegetable patties
Kai kari Stew: Mix vegetable stew cooked in Coconut milk and spices
Chettinad Bendaka Masala: Spicy okra preparation from Tamil Nadu
Paalkatti Vendiya Curry: Homemade paneer simmered in tomato and methi gravy.
