Recently named ‘Best Asian Restaurant’ at the Times Food & Nightlife Awards 2017, Shizusan completes one whole year in Pune this month! Continuing the celebration, Chef Paul Kinny has curated a special Dimsum menu inspired by flavours across Southeast Asia including Korea and Philippines.
‘Dimsums of Southeast Asia’ – showcases the Chinese Yum Cha staple in other Asian avatars. For example, the Mandoo from Korea, which is a type of steamed and pan fried dumpling; the Gyoza Lace dimsum from China; the steamed Char Siu bun-style often seen in Philippines.
The special menu has equal options for vegetarians and non-vegetarians and is available only till March 23, 2017.
