Naples, known for its history, art, traditions and culture, also has a distinct cuisine of its own and Marriott Suites presents the same at its restaurant, Bistro. ‘Cuisines of Naples’, is an a la carte presentation curated by Chef Cristian Cabrera ,from Hotel Renaissance, Mumbai.
The chef recommends Mussels Soup Napolitano and Prawns Caesar Salad or Quinoa and capo Natta salad to start with. Then there’s the Tenderloin Carpaccio,Lamb shanks in Barolo red wine, Broccoli pasta, Spaghetti vongole a lle Napolitano and Homemade Orecchiette Salsiccia. Also pizzas, calzones and desserts of the region.
