South Indies brings you an array of South Indian Delicacies at the Coconada Food Festival. Curated by Chef Manu R Nair, the vegetarian buffet will bring food from all the Southern states and includes Pazham Puri, speciality banana fried in a crisp rice batter, Mokkajuna Kerrai Wada, crisp fried lentil and vegetable patties Kai kari Stew, Mix vegetable stew cooked in Coconut milk and Chettinad Bendaka Masala, a picy okra preparation from Tamil Nadu.
With a live starter bar, lavish buffet and dessert counter, the culinary experience promises to be a good one.
