The Rooftop, at Citrus Hotels, witnessed the traditional Christmas cake mixing on Saturday, November 19. The staff mixed together, almonds, cashew nuts, dates, candied peel, swiss berry and spices, and doused it with bottles of wine, rum, and other assorted spirits. The guests were also given aprons and invited to participate.
This was followed by a grand dinner, with a live band playing popular Bollywood numbers.
