5 Weird Fashion Trends To Avoid

Out of Fashion

With celebrities and fashion bloggers making a statement with whatever hot and chic is created by the stylist, not everything can be practically worn by the masses.

Some pieces are ideally made for the runway or for red carpets where celebs have an army of people working for them to make their outfit look wa-waa-voom..

Pune365’s Fashion Police listed some weird fashion trends that are becoming more and more far reaching and it’s time someone was honest.

Over the top ruffles:

Those artistically created ruffles and frills can lift up your outfit so well.  The decent frills on your hem or neckline give any outfit that extra edge. But would you wear an outfit with ruffles so overly done that it might make you look like a wedding cake?

Rainbow Hair:

Although it may be fun to dye your hair in five different colours, having vibrant ones take a longer process and requires your hair to be bleached multiple times. This will damage your hair and follicles, deteriorating your hopes and dreams of becoming a full-time unicorn.

Oversized sleeves:

Designers’ today love to play with sleeves to give outfits an oomph factor. Bell sleeves, petal sleeves, knit or flair sleeves are becoming the talk of the town.  These oversized sleeves on your dresses can hang in from everywhere and not let you make peace with the world.

Thigh Length Boots:

It’s always difficult to find those magical pair of boots that matches your outfit perfectly, and these thigh high boots are definitely the one we are not a big fan of. Paring them with a short dress in public might give you some embarrassing moments. Also finding a boot in proportion with your legs can be even tougher than adjusting them from falling off every five seconds.

Track Suits:

Track suits have made its way on the red carpets from the 90’s and its best it stays there. Everyone loves slipping into their comfortable pair of track suits on a lazy gloomy day. Wearing a designer one to the club or in public will get you all the attention but definitely for all the wrong reasons.
