Home grown with a seasonal touch

Tushar Deshpande ( Sous Chef ), makes it a point to source all the vegetables and produce locally, “We get the fish from Ratnagiri and the potatoes from Talegaon. The produce has to be fresh at the time it reaches Pune.” He also makes sure that seasonal fruits and vegetables make their way into the food through innovative twists. The day-specials keep changing as per the availability of exotic produce. He recent unique dish was a black pomfret with a tempered coconut sauce.

You don’t need to wake up anytime before you want to be in time for breakfast at Indigo Deli. With their all-day breakfast menu, you can crave a well done Eggs Benedict at brunch or even dinner! Enjoy their wide range from the breakfast menu to satiate the sweet tooth as well as the carnivore in you. For those who don’t mind the few power packed calories, they can opt for Eggs on the beach and for those who prefer a healthier option, the Couscous Upma or Muesli.

It also caters to the weight watchers with low sugar dessert options. The dessert menu keeps changing as per the special for the day. The restaurant is entering its fifth week and it has already sold 625 desserts to Puneites. Be sure to try Blueberry Mint ice cream and the Chocolate Mud cake for a sinful delight.

Celebrate with their Christmas menu

Feel the joy and happiness of celebrating Christmas by indulging in the restaurant’s festive menu. Keeping with tradition, the chef will prepare a wholesome Roast Turkey Roulade, Horseradish and Mustard Roast Glazed Ham along with cornbread, sausages and a gracious dressing of apricots. Another addition to this, are special drinks like Gingerbread Egg-nog, Berry Merry Christmas and the Deli Spiced Sangria from the cocktail menu.
